What are the parcels and assessments for the community?

We have 176 parcels and for 170 the current quarterly fee is $3,345.  The remaining 6 are double lots and the quarterly fee varies.

What day(s) does the trash get picked up and when should it be placed outside for pick-up?

Tuesdays and Fridays are pick-up days.  Trash out the night before after 6pm

What day(s) is the recycling picked up and when should it be placed outside for pick-up?

Fridays is pick-up and out the night before after 6pm.
